This advanced method of fishing lays the line and hooks along the ocean floor to provide better targeting of a wide variety of required fish species, with minimal unwanted bi-catch. It is also much more environmentally friendly than other fishing methods, and has the ability to cater for up to 4000 hooks per line — as opposed to 150 hooks per line with the old drop line methods. The boats also include state-of-the-art ocean scanning and imagery equipment.
