To us this is more than just a catchphrase – it sums up how we take care of quality right the way through the supply chain.

It starts on our fishing boats, where the fish are gilled and gutted on board and then undergo an immediate fast temperature reduction process and stored in sea ice, greatly reducing the chance of bacterial ingress while maintaining the fish at a peak freshness.

Immediately the processed fish reach shore they are processed in our export quality factory, while the bones are used to produce Mures seafood stocks which are then delivered to Classic Foods our business partners for the production and packaging of Mures Classic Gourmet Soups.

This production is carried out under strict standards of hygiene in a temperature-controlled environment. Full inspections are implemented at each stage in the process.

They are then transported using freight forwarders and storage facilities that have the procedures, facilities and controls to ensure that the product integrity is maintained right up to the time of purchase.
