Jill Mure was brought up in the restaurant industry. Her father Alf Baker, managed Scotts in Picadilly Circus, London, and under his stewardship it was considered the best seafood restaurant in Britain.

Jill, a Food Technologist and Cook by trade, is the creater behind many of Mures Recipes.

Tried and tested at home and in our restaurants here are some of our favourites (see the listing on the right). We will be adding more on a regular basis.
