Trevally fillets hot smoked with cracked peppercorns, mixed herbs, cajun spice or plain are available both in random weight vacuum sealed retail packs or 1 kilo catering packs.

Mures Smoked Cod

Our Smoked Cod is Deep Sea Ribaldo Cod caught by our own long line boat “Kiella”. It is cold smoked using Tasmanian Oak sawdust in the traditional way.

Mures Atlantic Salmon

Cold Smoked Salmon

Tasmanian Oak sawdust is used to cold smoke our farmed Atlantic Salmon, which gives a full natural, flavour with a touch of Australiana. This brined, smoked salmon contains no preservatives.

Serving Suggestions: Serve cold, sliced thinly with lemon wedges and rye bread. Shelf Life 30 Days

Boronia Cured Salmon

We use the essential oil of the Boronia flower combined with vodka to produce this delicately flavoured, cured salmon. The true taste of Tasmania!

Atlantic Salmon Gravadlax

This is a classic Scandinavian recipe. Atlantic salmon is cured with dill, sugar and salt and is a traditional ingredient of Smorgasbord and open sandwiches.

These three varieties are available sliced in 100 gram hang sell retail packs, 1 kilo retail packs or random weight cryovac packs sliced or unsliced. Shelf Life 14 Days.

All our smoked products are traditionally smoked using Tasmanian oak sawdust with no chemicals, artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.
