GEORGE MURE WINEs
Created in 2003, this range of wines pays homage to our founder – George Mure.
George, whilst some might say was just a fisherman, was also rather adept at running a restaurant. He knew the secret to cooking good seafood was not to over complicate. Our wines follow that principal, they are uncomplicated wines well suited to a range of seafood.
Our current varietals include a Cuvee, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc & Pinot Noir.
Mures Dock Cider was developed in 2013 in response to the growing demand for Cider among locals and visitors to Tasmania. The name pays homage to the history of our dockside, apple-shed beginnings. Like our wine range, it is made only from Tasmanian fruit.
These beverages are only available through our three restaurants, Mures Upper Deck, Mures Lower Deck and Pearl + CO.
