To celebrate World Chardonnay Day, Mures Upper Deck invites guests to enjoy a complimentary glass of Tasmanian Chardonnay with every dining experience on Thursday 21st May.

From Thursday 21st through to Sunday 24th May, guests can also explore a specially curated Chardonnay Pairing Menu, available alongside our regular à la carte offerings. This seasonal experience showcases four exceptional wines from local producers, thoughtfully matched with premium Tasmanian seafood. Designed to highlight the versatility of Chardonnay, the menu celebrates how beautifully the region’s wines complement coastal flavours and fresh, seasonal produce.

The Chardonnay Pairing Menu is available for $109 per person and will run in conjunction with our full à la carte menu, offering a refined yet relaxed way to experience the best of Tasmania’s wine and seafood together at Mures Upper Deck.
